For motivated, self-directed sales professionals who want to build recurring income by helping businesses improve how they accept and manage payments.
100% commission-based
Remote, with field activity in your market
Multiple openings across the U.S.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary. Account Executives earn commissions and ongoing monthly residuals from eligible active merchant accounts according to Kadima’s approved written compensation agreement. It is not a fit for anyone expecting a fixed salary or guaranteed income.
The role is designed for entrepreneurial salespeople who want flexibility, uncapped earning potential and the ability to build a long-term merchant portfolio.
Kadima provides training, payment solutions, operational support and industry expertise. Account Executives are expected to actively build their own pipelines. Qualified Account Executives may receive company-generated leads based on responsiveness, performance, CRM discipline, relevant experience and capacity. Company leads supplement—not replace—the pipeline each representative builds independently, and are not guaranteed.
What you’ll do:
Prospect for businesses that may benefit from Kadima’s payment-processing and FinTech solutions.
Build a pipeline through networking, referrals, direct outreach, local business visits, partnerships and cold prospecting.
Conduct meaningful discovery around the merchant’s business model, processing volume, ticket size, current provider, delivery model and operational challenges.
Explain payment solutions in clear business terms.
Identify opportunities involving payment processing, POS systems, invoicing, recurring billing, dual pricing, SaaS integrations and other approved Kadima products.
Present approved proposals without making unauthorized pricing, approval, risk or compliance promises.
Guide merchants through application and document collection.
Coordinate with Kadima’s operations team throughout underwriting, approval, deployment and activation.
Maintain complete CRM records, follow-up dates and opportunity stages.
Continue supporting merchant relationships after activation.
Develop referral relationships with accountants, consultants, software providers, agencies and other business professionals.

Who we’re looking for
