Who You Are:
You are a clear communicator who puts employees and partners first, a creative problem-solver who doesn't let things linger, and someone who moves fast without cutting corners. Above all, you hold yourself to a higher standard. In your work, your judgment, and how you treat people. What Onboarding Looks LikeIn your first 30 days, you will learn the platform's pricing structures, vendor landscape, and data environment while building relationships with Finance, Operations, and Platform Operations counterparts. By day 60, you will be producing independent pricing and vendor analyses and have identified at least one material opportunity for margin improvement or vendor economics optimization. By day 90, you are a productive, trusted analytical resource for the platform, delivering insights that directly influence pricing decisions and vendor negotiations. The 5 Big Things — What Success Looks Like Pricing decisions are grounded in data: Success means GMs and leadership are making pricing changes based on your elasticity studies and market analysis rather than intuition, and those changes are producing measurable improvement in margin and revenue performance. Vendor economics are fully captured: Success means the platform is earning and recovering every credit, rebate, and incentive available from its vendor relationships, and your analysis is surfacing opportunities to improve those terms over time. Elasticity studies drive smarter strategy: Success means pricing elasticity analysis is a regular input into business decisions, and the platform has a clearer understanding of how pricing affects demand across markets and service lines than it did before you arrived. AI accelerates your output: Success means you are consistently delivering faster, higher-quality analysis than would be possible through traditional methods, and your use of AI tools is raising the bar for what the analytics function can produce. Complex analysis becomes clear recommendations: Success means Finance and Operations leaders act on your findings because you have done the work of translating data into recommendations that are specific, credible, and easy to understand.
