AG Technician

Key Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment. Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, etc.). Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs efficiently and accurately. Maintain accurate service records, including work orders and parts used. Communicate findings and repair needs to customers and service managers clearly. Stay current with Kubota training and certification requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment (Tractors, Balers, Skid Loaders, Mini Excavators, Feed Trucks, and Compact Tractors). Follow safety and environmental regulations in all tasks.

Qualifications: Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with farm equipment maintenance. Knowledge of precision agriculture tools and practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and record-keeping abilities. Valid driver's license.
