Community Program Manager Talent Space, Inc. is looking for a Community Program Manager in (EST) for a remote contract opportunity!
Responsibilities:- Support the growth initiatives, communications, and experiences of Success Champions in the Success Champion track.
- Cross-functional alignment and enablement
- Program Design, Execution and Refinement
- Processes at Scale
- Program Prioritization
- Business Insights and Solutions
Required Skills:- 2+ years of project or program management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
- Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Community platforms (i.e., Khoros)
- Experience with engagement initiatives, community-driven events, and champion programs.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver work with Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with vendors, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
