Seeking a law firm associate attorney with 2 or more years of experience in advising clients on employee benefits issues, including ERISA and IRC compliance for single employer plans, multi-employer plans, and all tax-qualified benefit arrangements. This position can be remote or in office. Boston, MA, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA., Chicago, Ill., New Orleans, LA. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of employee benefits experience.
Law firm or industry experience.
