Pay range:
$20.00$26.00/hr grows with your skill level Production bonus: up to $700/month eligible after 60 days You'll work hands-on in our retread manufacturing operation operating machinery, maintaining your workspace, and producing high-quality retreaded tires that keep commercial fleets on the road. No prior tire experience required; we train you on the equipment and processes from day one. As you build skills, you advance through a structured Level 1 ? 2 ? 3 pay ladder with clear criteria at each step.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned machines buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector
- Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality to Commercial Tire specifications
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow Commercial Tire safety guidelines and contribute to a team-first culture of continuous improvement
- Qualifications preferred
- Must be 18 years or older (required)0-4 Years' experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable reading technical or operational manuals
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn we invest in people who show up and put in the effort
