Resident Coordinator Legendary Service. Operational Excellence. The first seat on the path to running your own community. If you want a career in property management and you are willing to learn it properly, start here.
About You:
You want to run a community someday. Not in ten years. You want to learn the operation from the ground up, prove you can execute, and move. You are hospitality-minded by instinct. You read a room. You remember names. When a resident walks in frustrated, you do not get defensive, you get curious about what actually went wrong. You believe service is a craft and you take it personally when someone has a bad experience on your watch. You also do not wait to be told. When something needs doing, you do it. You pick up the phone. You walk the building. You find out how the system works instead of waiting for training. And when you find a better way to do something, you say so. You are not afraid of the detail work. You know that files, notices, records, and follow-up are how a community actually runs, and you would rather get them right than have someone clean up behind you. That discipline is what earns the next seat. Ask yourself Do you want to be running your own community in a few years, and are you willing to learn every part of the operation to get there? Do you take it personally when a resident has a bad experience, and do you do something about it? When you see something that needs doing, do you handle it without waiting to be asked? Are you energized by new technology and systems, rather than put off by them? Can you be accurate under a full day, because you understand that the details are how trust gets built? If those landed, we should talk. The Path This is a developmental seat and we are honest about that. We are hiring someone we intend to promote. Resident Coordinator, where you learn the operation.
