As a senior member of the team, you will own and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for sub-assemblies and ensure alignment with system-level build plans to maximize on-time delivery and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key liaison across Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations, while also mentoring junior planners and driving continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and material flow.

Develop stocking strategies and safety stock policies for high-demand and long-lead items. Upgrades & Retrofit Planning: Plan and schedule product upgrades, retrofits, and engineering-driven modifications. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Field Service to align BOMs, kits, and timelines, ensuring material and documentation readiness. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication: Act as a central liaison across Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Support. Lead cross-functional planning reviews, align supply and demand priorities, resolve constraints, and communicate proactively on risks, material availability, and delivery commitments. Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) with minimal disruption to production and aftermarket operations, and drive planning adjustments related to obsolescence, redesigns, and part substitutions.
