Global Product Strategy Lead

OTR Engineered Solutions is seeking a Global Product Strategy Manager to define the long-term strategy for wheels, tires, and track systems. You will own the global product portfolio, technology roadmaps, and innovation pipeline, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and OEMs to guide where to invest resources for profitable growth. You will lead market research, pricing analytics, and portfolio lifecycle decisions, and present to executive leadership.
