Minimum 5 Yrs. experience as a Residential Property Manager Operate a 112 unit Apartment complex efficiently in Winter Garden, FlRents apartments, turn vacant units Collect rents/enter to computer Able to take legal action for delinquent payers and evictions Interact professionally with employees, vendors, residents Negotiates contracts with vendors Ensures all property maintained to company standards Hires and trains all employees In conjunction with HR DeptWalks property dailyprepare annual budget Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AMSI experience a plus Marketing the property/taking market survey Experience with AMSI Software a plus
