APPLY NOWA private Los Angeles family is looking for a house manager to lead a team and run the day-to-day smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in managing estate operations, overseeing the staff, coordinating multiple calendars, and liaising with vendors. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience and be an excellent communicator with a warm, polished, and stable demeanor. This special and unique role will play an integral part in leading a team and overseeing the property.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of household operations, including strategic planning, execution of estate projects, and household inventory
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
Leadership and development of the household team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
Management of personal affairs including organizing travel arrangements, personal shopping, and lifestyle management.
Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality in the household
