Job description:
We are looking for candidates for the following positions:
Process Associate /Senior Process Associate - CAM Reconciliations
No of Openings - 4 positions
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in CAM Reconciliation
Experience in either Excel-based CAM reconciliation or Yardi-based reconciliation
Good understanding of CAM calculations, tenant recoveries, and reconciliation processes
Experience in the Commercial Real Estate / CAM domain would be preferred
