Construction Project Superintendent - Travel

Pennsylvania-Based Commercial General Contractor Travel Required | Data Center, Mission Critical & Industrial Construction Ready to build some of the most complex and fast-paced projects in the country? Our client, a leading commercial general contractor, is actively seeking a Traveling Superintendent I to oversee ground-up construction projects across the United States. While experience on data centers is highly preferred, candidates with backgrounds in industrial, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, distribution, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, energy, or other technically complex commercial projects are strongly encouraged to apply. Manage day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project logistics. Maintain project schedules and drive production milestones. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. Lead daily jobsite activities and field coordination meetings. Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers. Oversee punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project turnover. Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects .Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management. Experience with projects in one or more of the following sectors: Data Centers Mission Critical Facilities Industrial Manufacturing Semiconductor Facilities Energy or Infrastructure Projects Hands-on field leader with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically demanding construction environments. A superintendent comfortable working away from home and leading projects across multiple regions. Strong communicator who can build relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
