Fintech Associate General Counsel - Contracts & Compliance

Range is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its mission-driven fintech team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. This role will own contract review and negotiation, partner with compliance on regulatory matters, and support corporate transactions in an investment adviser and broker-dealer environment. The ideal candidate holds a JD, active bar membership (VA, DC, or MD preferred), and in-house experience in technology or financial services.
