Strategic HR Manager: People, Compliance & Growth

USAL is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead HR functions for an assigned client group across the organization. You will partner with business leaders and the HR team to drive workforce planning, employee relations, and program implementation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making. You will manage compensation/benefits in collaboration with Finance, oversee payroll, and support development of HR policies and processes.
