Loan Processor / Closer – Business-Purpose Real Estate Lending

About the Role: Trentium Capital is hiring an experienced Loan Processor / Closer to join our business-purpose real estate lending team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a combined processing and closing role. You will own loans from the time they enter processing through closing and funding. Our borrowers are real estate investors, builders, and developers, and our transactions include ground-up construction, fix & flip, bridge, DSCR, and other business-purpose real estate loans. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of a file rather than simply completing individual tasks.

Experience handling both processing and closing responsibilities is strongly preferred. We need someone who can own the transaction through successful funding.
