Paint Line Hanger

Key Responsibilities: Review work orders and determine the proper and most efficient way to hang parts on the paint line. Prepare parts for processing, including plugs, racking, sanding, and other required preparation. Inspect parts for defects before they enter the wash and paint process. Hang parts according to work orders, procedures, and production requirements. Remove, inspect, and handle completed parts at the end of the paint line. Identify and communicate quality or production issues and assist with troubleshooting. Work in different areas of the paint line as production needs require. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Participate in quality programs and continuous-improvement initiatives. Work cooperatively with team members to meet production and quality requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50 lbs
