Director, Dairy Process Technology & Innovation

Agropur Cooperative seeks a Director of Process Technology to define and advance the technology strategy for its dairy ingredient portfolio. Based at the Le Sueur, Minnesota research center, you will lead a distributed team of process technologists, R&D and whey specialists across multiple facilities. You will partner with Commercial Strategy, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales and Finance to translate priorities into scalable processes, improved yields, and sustainable enterprise value.
