Litigation Paralegal

A leading firm in the Midwest is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their Labor & Employment practice in San Diego. This role will assist attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Support Labor & Employment matters from inception through trial
- Conduct factual investigations and case analysis
- Manage document collection, review, ESI, and productions
- Coordinate privilege review, Bates stamping, and quality control
- Draft and manage subpoenas
- Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Prepare exhibits, witness binders, demonstratives, and trial materials
- Manage court deadlines, calendars, and docketing
- Coordinate with court reporters, vendors, and eDiscovery providers
- Support witness coordination, exhibit management, and courtroom technology
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Labor & Employment litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in both state and federal courtsABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with ESI and eDiscoveryProficiency with Westlaw and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Everlaw, Trial
- Director, CaseMap, or similar litigation tools
- Experience supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
