Job Description
Overview: Machine Operator:
  • Operate, set up, and monitor advanced powder processing equipment, including jet mills, classifiers, and flash dryers. Responsible for producing ultra-fine particles while maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing quality checks on machinery in a physically engaging role.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills: Machine Operator:
  • Operating Equipment: Running jet mills, mechanical mills, and flash drying systems to reduce particle size.
  • Process Control: Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting equipment to meet exact customer specifications for industries like food, cosmetics, and chemicals.
  • Quality and Safety: Conducting regular inspections and maintaining a clean work environment, adhering to FSSC 22000 Food Safety and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Physical Stamina: The role is often physically demanding, involving tasks in a toll processing/manufacturing environment.
  • Maintenance: Troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on machinery
