This is a high-level plant leadership role for someone who is ready to take ownership of overall site operations and lead a team toward safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
What you鈥檒l be responsible for:
馃敼 Leading overall plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering & Quality馃敼 Developing and holding Managers & Supervisors accountable馃敼 Driving continuous improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency馃敼 Managing budgets, costs, and capital improvement projects馃敼 Ensuring strong food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance馃敼 Building a strong culture of employee engagement, accountability, and development馃敼 Partnering with corporate and cross-functional teams to meet business and customer needs馃敼 Identifying opportunities to improve throughput, equipment performance, and profitability
What we're looking for:
