APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Production Coordinator – Women's Apparel (Will Train) For Her NYC / Tally Taylor · New Hyde Park, NY (Long Island) Full-time, in office · Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. We're hiring a Production Coordinator — and we'll fully train you on our workflow. If you love fashion production, are super detail-oriented, and want real responsibility in a small team (not a giant company where you're one of 50 coordinators), this is for you. You'll own styles from sample to shipment, working directly with our design team and our long-term factory partners in China. Easy to get to: 200 Fulton Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11040 — 5 minutes' walk from the LIRR, about 25 minutes from Manhattan, and easy from Queens and Nassau County. What you'll actually do: Mornings (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.): follow up with our China factories before their workday ends — samples, approvals, pricing, ETAs, and open issues Afternoons: update sample and production tracking in Excel and WinFashion, work with design to fix missing or incorrect information, and send swatches, fabric, and samples Check samples against tech packs, flag problems early, and keep production moving on time
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in apparel production, merchandising, or sourcing — OR a recent merchandising, business, or fashion graduate with strong internships
- Very detail-oriented, strong Excel, and clear, professional written English
- Reliable and on time — that 9:00 a.m. factory window matters
- Able to commute to New Hyde Park, Monday–Friday, in office
Nice to have:
- (not required):Women's garment construction, fit, and tech packs
- WinFashion or a similar ERPMandarin Chinese — a plus, not a requirement
- This is a production role, not a design or graphic design role.
