Before You ApplyThis role is built for someone who can walk into a stranger’s kitchen, build trust, diagnose issues, and close a deal that works best for both parties. If you’d rather not spend your days interacting with people in their homes, this is likely not the right fit. If you enjoy connecting with people, creative problem solving, and working in a team environment, we’d like to hear from you. Build a Career with I Hate My SinkAt I Hate My Sink, we specialize in premium kitchen sink installations and countertop solutions for homeowners throughout Phoenix, Arizona, with national expansion in progress. We’re looking for personable, detail-oriented Sales Representatives who can build genuine trust with homeowners, understand their problems, and sell them a solution that fits their needs. A homeowner invites you into their kitchen because something isn’t working for them. Your job is to understand the problem, know what’s possible, and recommend the right solution — not to push a product for the sake of it. If you’re looking for a company that values quality craftsmanship, rewards high performance, and provides continuous opportunities for professional and personal growth, this is the place for you. How Lead Generation & Commission WorkWe generate the leads, no cold calling needed.
