APPLY NOWAbel Personnel is seeking a Tech-Savvy Computer Operator to join our client's team in Baltimore, MD. This is a critical role responsible for monitoring enterprise infrastructure during overnight hours. If you enjoy working with technology and thrive in a structured environment, we want to hear from you. Schedule & PayShift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Days: Wednesday – Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
Rate: $20.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues to senior operators or supervisors.
Execute daily operational tasks and checklists under supervision.
Document all issues accurately using a tracking system.
Support system recovery activities to maintain normal operations.
Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up on technical queries.
Qualifications:
Technical Savvy: A genuine interest in computers and technical systems.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Background Requirements:
Must be able to pass a standard criminal history check and an FBI-style background check to obtain a state Gaming License.
