Director, Mortgage Asset Preservation & Post-Foreclosure

Newrez is seeking a Director of Preservation & Post-Foreclosure to oversee asset maintenance and preservation in accordance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will manage post-foreclosure activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the life cycle of mortgage servicing. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and oversee field vendors, ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements and internal standards while driving process improvements and cost controls.
