What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead HUB and patient access operations across enterprise clients
- Translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows
- Own SLA performance, SOWs, renewals, compliance, revenue, and margin
- Drive cross-functional execution across pharmacy, technology, product, implementation, and analytics
- Establish executive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
- Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA/advanced degree preferred
- Deep expertise in HUB services, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
- Executive-level client relationship skills
- Strong SOW, SLA, financial, and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to scale complex operations and influence cross-functional teams
