This job includes work for Journeyman meat cutter to cut beef, pork, lamb and veal primals for retail display in our 60 foot fresh meat display counter. Pictures are on. Other duties include grinding hamburger, making and stuffing sausage. This position requires 2 years of prior meat cutting experience.
