What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Pensacola, Florida. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing production, machining, and assembly operations while ensuring safety, quality, operational excellence, and on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior manufacturing management experience
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing and machining processes
- Proven success managing production, quality, and OTIF performance
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, Lean Manufacturing, and MRP/ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Key Responsabilites
- Lead all production and manufacturing activities
- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage production teams, resources, and manufacturing assets
- Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and operational performance
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
- Support the General Manager as a key member of the leadership team
