About the job New Construction Sales Consultant Hargrove Roofing & Construction We're hiring a New Construction Sales Rep to help grow our relationships with builders and contractors. This role focuses on closing new-construction roofing jobs and managing projects from start to finish. If you're competitive, self-driven, and want uncapped earning potential, this is a great fit.
What you'll do:- Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers
- Generate new business through prospecting and networking
- Estimate and present roofing proposals
- Manage jobs from sale through completion
- Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups
What we are looking for:- Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales
- Network of builders and contractors
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and money-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Pay and Benefits:- Base salary + commission
- Typical earnings: $80K-$150K+Uncapped commission structure
