Underwriting Manager – Property & Casualty

ACWA JPIA is recruiting for anUnderwriting Manager –Property & Casualtyto join our Underwriting team. The candidate will work under the direction of the Deputy Executive Officer and will supervise six employees. This position leads the underwriting function for the JPIA’s Property, Liability, and Workers’ Compensation Programs. We are seeking an experienced property and casualty insurance or public entity risk pool professional who can lead people, manage underwriting and program performance, build strong member relationships, and effectively direct the work of brokers, reinsurers, consultants, and technical staff.
