Senior Manager, Process EngineeringThe Senior Manager, Process Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing the Senior Site Engineers that own the automation performance, systems optimization, and facility infrastructure at the automated distribution centers (DC). This leader ensures that the on-site engineering team maintains and improves automation uptime, warehouse systems performance and stability, material flow and movement, labor planning and utilization, and oversight of facility assets and infrastructure. The role leads the continuous improvement strategy across the supply chain using data analytics and lean six sigma methodology to improve the overall cost and service of the automated DCs and creates and updates "one best way" of working. This role is crucial for the effective long term operation of our new supply chain facilities.
