Phillips Edison & Company is seeking a Summer 2027 Portfolio Management Intern to support the portfolio management team in Cincinnati. You will assist with property dashboard updates, ESG/GRESB projects, data science initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize asset performance.
Applicants are current university students in a business-related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
