Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Salary: $125,000-$180,000, depending on experience Job Specifications: Manage municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction Deliver design reports, technical studies, memoranda, plans and specifications Oversee water distribution, conveyance, pump station and storage projects Manage wastewater collection, force main and lift-station assignments Support water, wastewater and reuse treatment or master-planning projects Establish project scopes, schedules, budgets and staffing requirements Coordinate civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams Monitor project accounting, progress, milestones and technical quality Lead client meetings, technical workshops and project presentations Coordinate with regulatory agencies and supporting consultants Mentor engineers and support the development of the Central Texas team Participate in proposals, conferences and business-development activities

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Active Texas Professional Engineer licence At least six years of municipal water or wastewater engineering experience Design experience across water or wastewater infrastructure or treatment facilities Understanding of pipelines, pump stations, lift stations and storage systems Familiarity with multidisciplinary treatment-facility design Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules and technical teams Strong municipal client-management and communication skills Ability and willingness to develop relationships with existing and prospective clients Central Texas market experience would be beneficial
