Whether you’re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals/FDD/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar.Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:* Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred – will accept those who are in process* 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred )* Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD)* High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.* Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment* Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.* Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)
