Controller – Carmel, IN – HybridI’m recruiting for a Controller position with a mission-driven organization in Carmel. The role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, audit preparation and payroll-related financial oversight. This person will also lead process improvements and manage members of the Accounting team.
Key qualifications:- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls knowledge
- Experience with payroll accounting and reconciliations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferredCPA preferred
