Nurse Practitioner Manager Infusion Centers (Full-Time) Seeking an experienced NP leader to oversee clinical and operational performance across multiple ambulatory infusion centers. This role combines hands-on clinical oversight, team leadership, and workflow optimization to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight, ensure protocol compliance, and support patient care plans
- Lead, hire, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (RNs, LVNs, MAs)
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and clinic workflows
- Monitor performance metrics, improve efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct audits, site visits, and support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Nursing (NP) + active NP license 5+ years clinical experience (infusion therapy preferred)2+ years leadership experience preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skillsBLS required; AANPCB or ANCC certification
