Remote Director of Special Education & EC Leadership

North Carolina Connections Academy seeks aDirector of Exceptional Children and Special Education to provide strategic oversight of the school’s special populations program. The role requires coordinating IEPs, 504 plans, and compliance with IDEA and NC regulations while leading a virtual team. The position is 12-months, may be home-based or based in the Durham office, and involves collaboration with families, staff, service providers and regulators to deliver student-centered services statewide.
