Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L3 Platform Engineer to provide Tier 3 production support for POS applications and enterprise platforms. The candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, improve system reliability, and support production operations.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in L3 / Tier 3 Production Support.
Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Datadog monitoring and observability.
GitHub Actions and CI/CD.Python or PowerShell scripting.
ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Application troubleshooting, APM, and log analysis.
Experience with POS applications is preferred.
Strong RCA, automation, and production support skills.
Key Requiremen t: Strong hands-on production support experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Datadog, and enterprise application troubleshooting.
