QPC FIBER OPTICCOO / INTEGRATORDo you become frustrated when you see wasted potential, poor execution, and missed opportunities? Are you the type of leader who can't help but step in, solve problems, and raise the standard around you? Do you thrive in environments where complexity, pressure, and accountability separate the performers from the pretenders? If you're driven by results, obsessed with improvement, and motivated by building something significantly larger than what exists today, we want to talk to you. We're not looking for someone to maintain momentum—we're looking for someone to help accelerate it. Since acquiring the company in 2016, QPC has grown more than twelvefold while maintaining its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer success. The next COO / Integrator will play a critical role in building upon that momentum and helping guide the company through its next phase of growth and operational maturity. Our ideal COO / Integrator is: Mamba Mentality – You are relentless in your pursuit of excellence and never become comfortable with the status quo. You bring intensity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to winning. Ownership Mentality – You think and act like an owner, taking responsibility for outcomes rather than making excuses. You take pride in building something bigger than yourself. High IQ / Strong Memory – You absorb information quickly, retain critical details, and connect information across multiple areas of the business. You can process complexity without losing sight of priorities and execution. Data Driven / Analytical – You make decisions based on facts, metrics, and evidence rather than assumptions. You use data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive accountability. Problem Solver – You enjoy tackling difficult challenges and finding practical solutions that move the business forward. You don't get stuck on obstacles—you find a way through them. Detail Oriented – You understand that operational excellence is built on mastering the small things. You know that seemingly minor details often create the biggest opportunities—or the biggest problems. Hungry – You are motivated by growth, achievement, and continuous improvement. You constantly look for ways to elevate yourself, your team, and the business. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role. Our ideal COO / Integrator will help lead QPC's evolution into a highly scalable organization by building the leadership infrastructure, operational systems, and accountability required to drive sustainable growth across facilities, customers, products, and markets.
