Patent Prosecution Counsel - Chemistry & Molecular Biology

Vanguard-IP is seeking an attorney with patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, or Biomedical Engineering. An advanced degree is preferred and expertise in genetics, antibodies, organic chemistry, or pharmaceutical chemistry is desirable. The candidate must be registered to practice before the USPTO and licensed to practice law in good standing where the Firm operates; ongoing license renewal and CLE requirements apply.
