Sr. Clerical Supervisor Position
Pay Rate: $17/hr on 1099 Long Term Contract
Job Description:
  • Direct supervision of the mailroom staff
  • Planning workloads and coordinating work priorities
  • Arranging special Commission deliveries, mailings, and project requests
  • Coordinating special mailing requirements with the Post Office
  • Monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicles and trip-logs to ensure the accurate completion of various reports
  • Assisting in obtaining vehicle repair estimates and procuring services from vendors in accordance with state purchasing rules
  • Training employees on assigned tasks
  • Responsible to fill the gap when a Direct Report under supervision is out sick, on annual leave, or has a scheduled doctor's appointment
  • Ensuring operational supplies are available and stocked.
  • Skills Needed:
  • Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate a personal computer
  • Ability to operate mail processing equipment
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
