Forklift Operator

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations for our global retail brands. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move pallets of apparel and accessories, ensuring accurate put-away, replenishment, and order staging for stores and e‑commerce. You will complete daily equipment inspections, follow all OSHA and company safety standards, and use RF scanners or WMS systems to track inventory. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability on night shifts, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport pallets of merchandise Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, and order staging for stores and e‑commerce Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times Use RF scanners or WMS to track inventory movements and stock locations Maintain clean, organized aisles, docks, and storage areas Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet nightly targets Handle pallets, shrink wrap, and packaging materials safely and efficiently Forklift operation (sit-down and/or stand-up) Warehouse operations RF scanner use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Inventory control Palletizing and material handling OSHA safety compliance Basic computer skills Loading and unloading trucks Order picking and staging Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid forklift operator certification preferred or ability to obtain Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
