Critical Care Float Pool COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season This assignment may float between all Locations: Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308 Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392 East Valley, 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297 This assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICU Days and Nights Available 7a 7p & 7p 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved. This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards Experience:2 years experience as an RN in pediatric critical care. Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Childrens hospital experience preferred.
