Senior Medical Safety Analyst - Cardiology Devices

Boston Scientific seeks a Principal Medical Safety Analyst to provide clinical safety expertise across the product lifecycle for cardiology and electrophysiology devices. You will assess adverse events, evaluate safety signals, and contribute to risk management, post-market surveillance, and patient safety decisions. Collaborating with Medical Director and cross-functional teams, you will review data from multiple sources, perform medical reviews, and support regulatory deliverables.
