Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain each client's unique mental health needs, using standard screening tools as well as personalized interviews. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, drawing upon evidence-based practices to address specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Provide engaging therapy sessions in various formats: individual sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy, adapting techniques to suit the dynamics of each client group. Continuously monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing feedback and outcomes, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions. Maintain meticulous records of each client's therapeutic journey, documenting milestones, setbacks, and treatment modifications in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Collaborate with other mental health professionals whenever feasible, promoting a holistic approach to client care that encompasses diverse therapeutic methodologies. Uphold high ethical and legal standards in providing mental health services, ensuring adherence to state regulations and fostering trust with clients. Patient Population / Client FocusThe clients served at Revitalize the Body and Mind encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Our therapists are committed to working with adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health issues. We emphasize culturally competent care, addressing the unique needs of individuals from different cultural, socioeconomic, and interpersonal backgrounds. Our goal is to create a safe, affirming environment where all individuals feel valued and heard.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Possession of an active state license as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing direct therapy services is expected. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team framework, adapting to the dynamics of remote interactions.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a remote work setting is advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial. Insight into evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance client treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
