What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an AI-forward Product Manager with experience in core brokerage systems, including middle office operations, order management, and post-trade workflows. This role is central to executing TradeStation's platform modernization efforts, with a focus on delivering complex vendor integration programs and enhancing the core brokerage experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be outcome-driven, comfortable setting goals and tracking progress against KPIs. The candidate will thrive in cross-functional environments, bring clarity to complex initiatives, and communicate the "why" behind every roadmap decision. The candidate should embrace data and AI tools not as a novelty, but as a core part of how to plan, spec, and ship.
