Offshore Project Lead: Safe, On-Time Delivery

Arion is seeking an Offshore Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of offshore projects from initiation through execution. You will supervise planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery. You will direct project resources, liaise with clients and vendors, provide regular reporting, and enforce project specifications and quality standards while maintaining HSEQ compliance.
