Job Description: Nowseeking knowledgeable, caring, energetic, positive, friendly, creative, compassionate, nurturing, organized, andcommunity-minded gymnastics instructors to teach in ourstate-of-the-art facilities. Join our Y Gymnastics staff team todayand make an impact on our community!

Responsibilities: Understanding andsupporting our cause Planning, spotting, and teaching gymnastics classes, preschool through pre-team Assessing theprogress of students Interacting andcommunicating with participant parents Assisting withgymnastics special events and other related duties Willingness todevelop relationship-building, teaching, coaching, classmanagement, and leadership skills

Shifts: Shiftsare available at both the Dahl (La Crosse) branch and Houser(Onalaska) branch. 1-4 days per week, 3-15 hours perweek. Requirements Generalunderstanding of gymnastics basics Desire towork with children ages 3-12 Ability tocommunicate effectively and build relationships with staffmembers, volunteers, participants, and members Ability tospot gymnasts weighing up to 100 pounds in gymnasticsskills FREE adult Y membership(+ discount on Family Membership) 50% discount on Yprograms 403(b) retirementaccount 12% retirement after 2years and 1,000 hours per year
