In this role, you will support customers with accessory purchases while repairing smartphones, tablets, and mixed consumer electronics, with a focus on high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and balanced sales and repair results.
Responsibilities:
Sell accessories and recommend products based on customer needs.
Repair smartphones, tablets, and mixed consumer electronics.
Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging-port repairs.
Deliver quality repairs while maintaining strong repair volume.
Provide helpful, professional customer service at the independent Walmart repair counter.
Support balanced accessory sales, repair performance, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Entry-level experience in electronics repair and retail sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with inventory management.
Customer service experience.
