Private Chef

Location: Wellington, FL Schedule: 34 days per week Family: 3 adults, with occasional family dinners of up to 8 guests A private family in Wellington, FL is seeking an experienced Private Chef for a seasonal position from January 1 through May 1. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and comfortable creating fresh, health-conscious meals using high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities: Grocery shop for all meals and prepare food in the family's home Prepare dinner for 3 adults approximately 34 times per week Occasionally prepare family dinners for up to 8 guests Prepare simple lunch items to keep stocked in the refrigerator, such as tuna salad, egg salad, and chicken salad Set the table and serve dinner Clear dishes following dinner and load the dishwasher Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including taking out trash and placing used dish towels in the washing machine Collaborate with the family on weekly menus; the family will provide menu ideas and scheduled workdays approximately one week in advance, and input from the Chef is welcomed Food PreferencesHealthy, low-carb meals Gluten-free options whenever possible Plenty of fresh fish Farm-to-table and fresh, high-quality ingredients whenever possible

Additional Details: The family values a quiet and professional environment during dinner service. No TV, music, or phone use while the family is dining. The Chef may step into the laundry room or outside during dinner when not actively serving.
